Kol Koleinu Teen Feminist Fellowship
Moving Tradition’s Meyer-Gottesman Kol Koleinu Teen Feminist Fellowship is a distinctive opportunity for young Jewish feminists (10th through 12th grade) to learn how to effectively speak their minds and create the change they want to see in the world.
Volleyball
Sadie is a setter on her school's volleyball team. She loves being part of a team and creating a community with them. She is very proud of the bonds that they create and the fun that they have. She also plays for the club team "Starlings" throughout Winter and Spring.
Piano and Voice
Sadie has been taking piano since she was in 2nd grade and has been taking voice for 2 years. She enjoys singing and playing piano and the combinations that she can make from that.
RAC Teen Justice Fellowship
The fellowship is a learning-intensive designed to train high schoolers to be organizers in their home communities. Fellows will meet virtually for an hour once a week for six weeks to hone their leadership skills, learn about advocacy, and be involved in the RAC's work.
Sewing
Sadie Loves to sew creations that she can wear. She is tired of the Fast Fashion industry and the culture of buying clothes to not wear them. Because of that she taught herself how to make her own clothes and loves it.
Madrichim at Synagogue
Sadie is an active teacher at her synagogue and has been for 4 years. Ever since she could. She loves teaching kids how to think deeply and learn effectively. Teaching kids how to read hebrew and recite blessings is the main part of her job.
